Dubai, UAE, June 19, 2016: Emirates Post Group aims to obtain the TISSE (The International Standard for Service Excellence) 2012 certification, with various employees and work teams going through the different stages to meet the stipulated requirements.
Acting Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Post Group Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ashram said the program will cover three central post offices: Dubai Central Post Office, Abu Dhabi Central Post Office and Sharjah Central Post Office, as well as the head office in Dubai.
He added that in order to meet the stringent criteria laid down for awarding the TISSE certification, employees need to look closely at policies and procedures related to services and customer service.
TISSE has been developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) with the objective of making it the global standard for quality customer service. Its goal is to enable organisations to focus their attention on the delivery of quality service, while at the same time providing recognition of success through a formal third party certification scheme.
