Abu Dhabi University honours Emirates Post Group for ‘Agreb' partnership

Dubai, UAE, June 12, 2016: Abu Dhabi University recently honored Emirates Post Group at a ceremony to celebrate the university’s international accreditation from the Commission for accreditation for universities in United States (WSCUC), and the annual gathering of strategic partners, which was organized under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's representative in the Western region and chairman of the board of Trustees of the University of Abu Dhabi, in the presence of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The event was attended by prominent officials from Federal and local ministries as well as private sector companies, in addition to academic and administration officials from Abu Dhabi University.
Chief Support Services Officer of Emirates Post Group Mr. Sami Al Khaja thanked Abu Dhabi University for the honour and hailed EPG’s strategic partnership with the university in the implementation of Agreb initiative, which helped raise customer service standards and supported the development of Emirati skills.
He said Emirates Post Group strives to strengthen strategic partnerships with different entities for successful implementation of the Agreb initiative, as part of its support to Federal Government's initiatives, particularly with regard to quality customer service driven by innovation and creativity.
Group CEO of Abu Dhabi University Dr. Ahmad Badr commented: “We are proud of strategic cooperation with Emirates Post Group within the ‘Agreb’ program, which seeks to train Emirati employees of the Group in the field of customer service, thus helping raise their skills to international standards.”
He added that Abu Dhabi University looks forward to greater success in this partnership, through advanced training and development programs specifically designed to meet the needs of Emirates Post Group.
