Major brands move into ‘The Town Square' at Al Forsan Village

Abu Dhabi, May 22nd, 2016: Al Forsan Village will now house several premium brands namely Spinneys, Cheeky Monkeys, Grand Optics, Holland and Barrett, Al Manara, NBAD, Tilia Flowers and Chocolate, illy Cafe, ©JustKidding and STREAT 9 Café. These upcoming outlets will be located at the community’s vibrant retail destination known as ‘The Town Square’ which is spread across 15,000m2.
“The Al Forsan Village is a development that aims to provide the best community living experience in Abu Dhabi. Residents of Al Forsan Village will now be able to conveniently access a vast pick of retail facilities at their doorstep. We are providing a perfect mix of retail outlets in addition to a bank to ensure that all the basic needs are taken care off within the community itself,” said Rashed Al Qubaisi, General Manager of Al Forsan International Sports Resort and Spokesperson for Al Forsan Real Estate Management.
Al Forsan Village offers a range of townhouses, semi-detached and stand-alone villas as the architecture inspired by Petra infuses strong design features with homely colours to interest prospective buyers. The community will also be home to a state-of-the-art 5-star hotel.
“Our property has seen growing interest from various potential customers across the UAE as the community offers state-of-the-art amenities within an elite residential enclave. The first set of residents moved into the community in January 2016.
