Last Update: Thursday, May 19, 2016 : 17:39 (+4GMT)
Sustainability Knowledge Group is proud to invite you to the 16th CSR & Sustainability Meetup on May 25th in Dubai!
According to a recent McKinsey Global Institute report, $12 trillion could be added to global GDP by 2025 by advancing women’s equality. This affects public, private sectors, entrepreneurs and NGOs alike.
Evidence suggests that gender diversity contributes to better corporate performance. Credible data prove that equality of opportunity for both genders support business growth and financial performance over time. In our 16th CSR & Sustainability meetup our subject experts will engage our audience in active discussions around the following questions:
How does gender equality affect business performance?
Can gender inequality hurt business growth?
How gender balanced teams improve employee engagement, brand image and most important growth and profit?
What is the contribution of Sustainability in securing gender equality?
What does the future hold for women in the Sustainability field?
