Al Wahda Mall raises over USD $14,600 as Eva Clarke breaks 3 GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles

Australian, mother of 3 and seven-time record holder, Eva Clarke now has 3 more GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles added to her name
- Under Al Wahda Mall’s ‘cause:health’ initiative, the mall supports Eva Clarke, yet again in her attempt to successfully break 3 more world records.
- The charity driven event raised over USD $14,600 funds and successfully creates awareness towards the NGO supporting the street kids in Brasil – Task Brasil
- The mall management and supporting partners congratulate UAE’s fittest female, and acknowledges her twenty-four hours’ worth of dedication and commitment, to change people’s lives
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, March 13, 2016: Eva Clarke, Australian mother of 3, added 3 more GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS titles to her name. Abu Dhabi’s fitness icon achieved the records at the Al Wahda Mall, an Iconic landmark & favorite shopping destination located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city. UAE’s fittest female officially broke the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS titles in both the Female and Male categories for the most pull-ups in 24 hours at the Al Wahda Mall Central Atrium on 10th and 11th March.
It took Eva a record time to break each of the records as she achieved 725 pull ups in the first hour, breaking the previous record of 700. For her second record Eva achieved 2740 pull ups in 12 hours. For the 24 hours’ record, Eva broke the previous record of 3500 in 18.5 hours and went on to secure 3737 number of pullups in 24 hours.
Eva Clarke, now ten-time record holder, undertook twenty-four hours’ worth of dedication and commitment, to change people’s life at charity organization – Task Brasil. The NGO is a cause to fight against countless children onto the streets: domestic violence, being orphaned or abandoned, or simply belonging to dysfunctional families.

We are very pleased to have raised over USD $14,600. All proceeds from this fund raiser goes to charity organization “Task Brasil” - where a major number of teenage mothers and their babies and their families have benefited from the facilities and services provided. Our aim has always been to initiate activities that will also help create awareness and promote healthy living among the residents of Abu Dhabi.”
cause:health is an initiative by Al Wahda Mall to engage purposefully with the community by identifying efforts that promote health, fitness and social development. cause:health aims to endorse as well as support these efforts. Under this umbrella, Al Wahda mall had earlier supported Eve Clarke’s initiative in 2014 to break her own knuckle push-ups record in the presence of Guinness World Records officials. The attempt was then supported by Al Wahda -cause:health and Maria Cristina Foundation.
The charity driven event is supported also by fitness partner Gold’s Gym and hospitality partner Bloomsbury’s and Grand Millennium, Al Wahda.
