British Consul General visits Al Maya Supermarket

Dubai, UAE, February 25, 2016:  H.E. Mr. Paul Fox, HM Consul General, British Embassy, visited the Al Maya Group’s new state-of-the-art Supermarket at Muraqabat Area, Deira, on Wednesday, 24th February, 2016 and appreciated the Group’s role in promoting UK’s food products in the UAE.

Al Maya Group Director Mr Kamal Vachani informed the Consul General H.E. Mr. Paul Fox about the variety of products available from the UK at the Al Maya Supermarkets.

Al Maya Group is keen to expand its products portfolio from the UK, Mr. Kamal Vachani told the Consul General. They also discussed ways to further enhance food and vegetables trade.

Al Maya Group imports  a large varieties  of  FMCG goods include Dairy, Chocolates, Snacks, Pastas, Condiments, Sauces & Spreads, Cereals, Puree, Organic and Gluten Free Health Foods, etc. from the UK, Mr. Kamal Vachani informed the Consul General.

Al Maya Group, the UAE-based business conglomerate, has more than 45 supermarkets in the GCC countries in addition to other businesses.
