Regional hospitality growth drives expansion for leading bedding manufacturer Intercoil International

Dubai, UAE, 28th September 2015: With an expected 188,817 new hotel rooms forecast to open across the Middle East and Africa by 2020 according to latest industry reports, Intercoil International, the leading manufacturer, distributor and retailer of total sleep solutions across the MENA region, has announced the expansion of its production facilities beyond the UAE into Saudi Arabia. Intercoil is well placed to deliver on its ambitious strategy to become a global manufacturer and supplier of premium bedding solutions.
Participating at The Hotel Show 2015, the Middle East’s most important supply, fit-out and service exhibition for the hospitality sector taking place from 28th – 30th September in Dubai, Intercoil will highlight premium comfort, convenience and value provided by through its premium products and services.
Making the announcement during the show, Hassan Al Hazeem, Managing Director of Intercoil International said: “There is no doubt that the regional hospitality sector is entering its busiest growth stage to date. As the exclusive licensee of Simmons; the preferred brand of bedding for 18 of the world’s top 20 hotel groups, in the Middle East, Intercoil also manufactures and provides the luxury Beautyrest Black® for St. Regis hotels across the region. The ultra-luxury mattress also on display this year, features opulent fabrics and enveloping pillow tops, soft, lavish layers of natural yarn and memory foam, and Advanced Pocketed Coil® springs that deliver unrivalled motion reduction in a mattress to ensure hotel guests complete rest and healthy sleep through their stay.
One of the most dynamic ‘made in the UAE’ brands, Intercoil supplies a wide range of top hotel groups in the MENA and Levant regions. In addition to its current manufacturing sites in the UAE and planned manufacturing facility in KSA, the company also operates eight distribution centres and 23 retail outlets across the region.
