Levi's wins the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award (DSES) for outstanding service atits outlet in The Dubai Mall

Dubai, June 10th 2015 – Levi’s, the iconic American denim brand, handled by the Al Madani Group, recently received the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award for its outlet in The Dubai Mall. Aimed at raising customer service standards in the Emirate, the prestigious DSES award is a true benchmark that recognizes businesses offering a blend of quality and business ethics with excellent services for their customers. In the presence of esteemed government officials and other guests, Mr. Mohammed Al Madani, Group Chairman and CEO of the Al Madani Group, accepted the coveted award from Mr. Sami Al Qamzi, Director General of theDepartment of Economic Development Dubai.
Commenting on the win, Mr. Al Madani said, “We are honored that Levi’s has been awarded the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award, especially since the brand boasts of a culture fueled by strong values and hard work. We aim to further strengthen our commitment to quality and our customers and endeavor to exceed the standards prescribed by this reputed award.”
Established in 2002, the DSES has been designed to gain customer confidence and make the “Shopping in Dubai” experience an enjoyable one. This scheme binds all participating businesses to a common code of business ethics and core criteria for customer service excellence. Currently 16 Levi’s stores are operating in the region with the Al Madani Group serving as the brand’s exclusive distributor for UAE and Oman.
