KEF Holdings is a finalist for Business in the Community's ‘Responsible Business Awards 2015'

Dubai-UAE: 4 June, 2015 - KEF Holdings has been named a finalist in the 2015 Responsible Business Awards, run by Business in the Community, an initiative of the Prince of Wales’ Responsible Business Network.

KEF Holdings is one of the six companies to be shortlised in the Unilever Global Development category of the presitigious awards that recognize responsible businesses in the UK and abroad for their efforts in addressing social and environmental issues and transforming their communities. A total of 63 companies have been selected as award finalists across 14 categories.

In an earlier meeting with the Business in the Community officials, senior representatives from KEF Holdings showcased their PRISM (Promoting Regional Schools to International Standards through Multiple Interventions) initiative to an expert jury panel. KEF Holdings’s flagship initiative – PRISM – is widely acclaimed for its success in upgrading and rebuilding the 120-year old Govt Vocational Higher Secondary School at Nadakkavu in Calicut.

All finalist companies will be celebrated through a series of Responsible Business Gala events taking place across the UK in June and sponsored by 2014 Responsible Business of the Year National Grid.

Organizations that best demonstrate significant impact and a strong business case will be declared winners of the Responsible Business Awards 2015 and honored on July 7 at BITC’s annual gala dinner in London.
