Gulf Business Machines celebrates 25 years of success as over 500 customers, colleagues and peers celebrate in style

Dubai, UAE; May 27, 2015: Gulf Business Machines (GBM), the region’s number one provider of IT solutions, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with more than 500 customers, colleagues and industry peers attending a spectacular gala dinner event at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.

Ashok Bhola, country general manager, Dubai and CEO, Philippe Jarre, were in attendance to welcome guests.

“Over the years we are proud of the role we have played in the Dubai’s drive towards its Smart City goal,” said Bhola. “Having been in the country over 40 years, the changes I have witnessed never fail to amaze me and I believe there are even greater things to come and that GBM will continue to be a proud enabler of this city’s extraordinary growth and vision.” he added.

Bhola also paid tribute to GBM’s overall success in the region and the integral part it plays in providing customers with a complete IT solution.

Jarre also took to the stage, and commented: “We look forward to a further 25 years of success, and beyond. I want to thank those who have supported us throughout this time and those who will continue to in the future.”
