Infinia Powers CBQ Rewards with Instant POS Redemptions with over 100 Merchants

Dubai May 10 2015: Infinia Services & Solutions, a UAE based loyalty and payment solutions’ company, has expanded its pioneering redemption and rewards program in association with Commercial Bank of Qatar for its CBQ Rewards Program, triggering an upscale in the Qatar loyalty market.

Infinia’s newly launched instant POS redemption provides state-of-the-art, smart redemption mechanisms and quality options, breaking new ground in customer experience. It allows them to redeem their reward points instantly, online and using them directly at the point of sale. This innovative service is the latest addition to Infinia’s varied panel of services and is now available for financial institutions in the UAE.

The POS redemption is an e-Voucher based process, which syncs into the current scenario of consumers demanding simplified, instant solutions, at one’s finger tips. The e-Voucher has the feature of being redeemable across merchants, for the value of the transaction, all at convenience of a single redemption destination. Customers can redeem with over 100 merchants across different product categories. Along with POS redemption, the rewards program allows customers an option to redeem their points for charitable causes or from amongst the global network of 900+ airlines, over 450,000 hotels and over 150,000 car rental destinations.
