Software AG & IGATE Announce the Availability of “ProFound”, a Solution for BPM led Digital Transformation

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, – April 8, 2015 – Software AG (Frankfurt TecDAX: SOW) and IGATE (NASDAQ: IGTE), the New Jersey-headquartered integrated technology and operations solutions provider, today announced the launch of  “ProFound”, a solution based on Software AG’s ARIS Business and IT Transformation product suite, to actively support the digital transformation journeys of its customers. ARIS is part of Software AG’s recently announced Digital Business Platform designed to allow enterprises and the public sector responding to today’s rapidly digitizing economies and new competitive landscapes.

As the digital economy, forecast to reach $3.4 trillion in the G20 countries alone by 2016, dramatically changes both business and customer engagement models, the need for enterprises to have a top down process driven approach is even greater. ProFound will help enterprises update and evolve their business processes based on industry benchmarks and reference models to align with the current business landscape.
