B2B Fitness set to ‘Transform Dubai' With New Fitness Class

B2BFitness is officially launching a new concept to the fitness and fat loss scene,Transform Dubai, a specially designed class based on the combined professional and personal training experience of its highly qualified team. From 1st October at Safa Park (Gate 2) and a new location in Sports City, the classes promise to deliver a powerful formula to help clients lose that ‘Dubai Stone’ after a lazy summer, using proven techniques applied in professional athletic training as well as the best equipment for maximum results.
Transform Dubai classes contain an explosive mix of anaerobic, aerobic, plyometric and hypertrophy specific exercises for optimal toning and sculpting, as well as boosting metabolism. The classes are coupled with diet advice that effectively helps theirclientstone up and lose weight. B2B ‘Transformers’ have access to a free B2B nutritional guide designed to complement the classes and help clients’ in their quest for a better, leaner, healthier body.
