Seasonal produce plucked fresh from local markets
Pascal Tepper’s modern dine-in bakery along Dubai Media City’s main drag has taken the best of the season’s bounty and cooked up a summer treat.
The four-way seasonal menu from PT’s kitchen uses an excellent beef tenderloin for a delicate steak tartare, offers a couple of yummy dishes using Gulf-caught tiger prawns, as well as the local favourite, Hammour. Meanwhile, mangoes are pureed and dribbled over a home-made vanilla ice cream sundae.
