Piaget Rose Day : An invitation to celebrate the beauty of the rose

Elegant, intense and enthralling, the rose holds a special place in the world of Piaget. A lifelong passion for Yves Piaget, the creative visionary who recognized the magnetic beauty of the queen of flowers, the rose in all its captivating varieties has become an endless source of inspiration for some of Piaget’s most iconic jewellery designs. For a second year, Piaget celebrates the rose in all its splendour on Piaget Rose Day. On 5th June 2014, at bespoke rendezvous in locations around the world, the rose takes centre stage as Piaget writes another chapter in its love story with this creative muse and universal symbol of feminine beauty.

One city at a time, the Piaget garden turns into full bloom. As part of Piaget Rose Day, the different Piaget boutiques in the Middle East region came alive in celebration of this exciting occasion. Across the region, the boutiques were embellished with the special Piaget Roses in a theme that lent visitors an exquisite experience of the five senses. The sense of sight was touched upon by presenting the Rose collection and related displays. Adorning the boutiques with Piaget Rose candles and offering a single Piaget Rose to each and every visitor ensured that the sense of smell was roused. The taste buds were teased in the form of delectable pink macaroons and cupcakes while visitors were allowed to try out the Rose Jewels thereby getting to touch them. Finally, the soothing ballad “La Vie en Rose” from Melody Gardot’s album was a great comfort for the ears and enriched the ambiance in the boutiques a touch further! 

Wherever you are, Piaget invites you to enter its magical garden and follow the Piaget Rose Day celebrations as they unfold in real time on Instagram and Twitter.  Submit your own pictures or messages inspired by the ephemeral beauty of the rose using the hashtag #PiagetRoseDay on Twitter, and every tweet using #PiagetRoseDay will be entered into a special draw for a chance to win an elegant rose gold bracelet from the Piaget Rose Collection.
