May 4, 2014: Injazat Data Systems’ Information Technology solutions for Al Ain City Municipality were recently featured at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi exhibition. Among the Injazat technologies presented at the event were the Municipality’s Business Integration Platform and its new unified i-Case web portal for Al Ain’s Customer Service Centers.
Cityscape Abu Dhabi is the Middle East’s largest annual real estate show. This year’s edition was held under the patronage of H.H. General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. Al Ain City Municipality used the event as a platform to share its development plans in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 agenda.
Among the IT solutions Injazat has developed for the Al Ain City Municipality are a Business Integration Platform that facilitates the rapid development and deployment of new business applications and services and the i-Case web portal which is enabling the Municipality to enhance its operational efficiency, accountability and transparency at all of Al Ain’s Customer Service Centers. The portal will be instrumental to the eventual unification of service delivery programs across the municipality via the internet and mobile phones.
