Samsung returns to GITEX Shopper to wow consumers with its latest gadgets

Samsung to showcase world’s largest curved UHD TV for the first time in the region, alongside recently launched flagship S5 and more

UAE –April 20, 2014 – Samsung Gulf Electronics Co., Ltd, is returning for yet another year to the region’s largest consumer electronics platform - GITEX Shopper. Taking place between 23 – 26 April at Dubai World Trade Centre, Samsung will showcase its latest products to the market, including it’s recently launched flagship Galaxy S5 smartphone and the world’s largest curved UHD TV. Its products will be combined with exclusive deals to entice customers from across the region.

Arguably Samsung’s most exciting product at GITEX Shopper will be the world’s largest curved UHD TV, which will unveil to regional consumers for the first time. The jaw-dropping 105” TV provides crystal clear picture quality for an image that is more true-to-life than anything seen on the market before. With an optimum curved screen measuring 4200R, the family need never vie for space on the couch, as everyone will have the best seat in town.

Samsung’s flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S5, which launched globally on April 11th, will also be available for consumers. The latest handset which has been designed with consumer needs first and foremost delivers a powerful camera with ultra-high-speed connectivity, all combined in a super resistant design that will ensure protection from dust particles as well as being water resistant.
