Culinary Refinement at Sofitel The Palm Dubai

MANAVA EASTER BRUNCH

For the Easter holiday, Sofitel The Palm Dubai invites you to experience an Easter themed brunch that will have you immersed in the spirit of the occasion. On April 18th, and in light of the holiday season, the buffet display will include Easter eggs in a basket, fun bunny chocolates and an artistic bunny ice carving.

Easter is also about the excitement of the children. There will be plenty of fun activities for the children including a golden egg hunt with a prize for a family brunch of 4 people. Indoor activities include face painting, egg balloons, egg painting, cinema room, play station and a bouncy castle. Kids' activities also include games such as egg & spoon, duck walk and bunny hop races as well as a pass the Easter egg game and egg rolling! 

A live band will be included to set the mood for an exciting Easter celebration!

Priced at AED 350 per person for the nonalcoholic package

STUDIO DU CHEF – French Cuisine

The signature French restaurant, Studio du Chef is a bar and restaurant combined. Guests can watch experienced chefs conjure up modern French cuisine on the strategically placed LCD screens throughout the restaurant and indulge in the trendy ambience of the bar and terrace, or enjoy wine suggestions by the sommelier.

Cooking Classes

Educate yourself in the culinary arts by taking a class that will boost your cooking confidence. You can rely on the chef's expertise and learn from the best. The class will take place every third Tuesday of the month at 10:00am. You can learn and eat a three course meal at the chef's table for AED 270.
A maximum of 10 people can attend so don't think twice about booking a space!

“Trust the Chef” Menu

Trust the Chef and let him guide you on a culinary journey, where the menu will change on a daily basis based on the chef's creativeness and ingredients available on the day.  Available daily and priced at AED 475 for a five-course menu.  Adding AED 250 will allow you to pair the menu with wine recommendations from the sommelier. 

French Grand Classics Evenings 

Feast on French classics, such as blanquette de veau, bœuf bourguignon, pot au feu and choucroute at the French Grand Classics Evenings every Sunday and Monday.
Priced at AED 250 for a three-course set menu.  The menu will change every month.

Cheese and Wine Bar Nights

Spoil yourself every Tuesday as Studio du Chef Bar takes you on a cheese and wine journey!  Aficionados will relish in the selection of over 30 artisan French cheeses paired with selected grapes.  Priced at AED 175 per person with house wines, or AED 250 with a premium wine selection.

Asparagus Weeks 

With Studio Du Chef, asparagus is no longer your average vegetable or a side order with your main course. It is now up front and center as the star of its own week. Now, you can experience a daily dose of asparagus for dinner until the 18th of April.

Not sure what to expect? Your asparagus will come in different colors like purple, white and green. A small mini a la carte menu will be offered to each dining guest for a unique culinary experience.

PORTERHOUSE – Steaks & Grills

Porterhouse, the signature steak restaurant offers a bar for pre-dinner drinks and guests can indulge in cuts of Prime American, Grass Fed Irish or French Charolais, all complemented with the finer touches of French elegance.  A live cooking station and open wine cabinet will delight with their interactive offerings.

Party Grill

Perfect for sharing on the terrace; Party Grills incorporate six different cuts of meat cooked in four different styles.  Choose from tenderloin, ribeye, striploin, lamb chops, crispy lamb ribs or hanger steak, along with your choice of side dish and side sauce.  Available daily and priced at AED 620 for two people, with a minimum of two people sharing.

Surf and Turf

For the month of April, Porter House is offering a delightful daily dinner promotion of seafood and meat specials. Choose from a selection of mouth watering seafood options including king scallop, Atlantic lobster tail, salmon fillet, tuna steak, halibut and tiger prawns. For meat lovers, Surf and Turf gives you a choice of US tenderloin, rib eye, striploin, corn fed chicken breast, duckling breast or Welsh lamb chomp. All orders with be served with a selection of side dishes and sauce.

Prices vary depending on the preferred fish and meat options.
Offer available daily for the month of April.

HONG LOONG – Chinese Cuisine

Hong Loong, the signature Chinese restaurant transports you to China with its bright red and gold interior.  The restaurant features authentic tea rituals and even has a dedicated ‘spicy' menu.

Dim Sum Brunch

Dim Sum is a bite-sized delicacy that originated in southern Chinese teahouses where drinking tea was developed into a ritual.  Enjoy a selection of dim sum served in a steamed basket that will be replenished throughout the afternoon. 

Unlimited dim sum is available every Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm and is priced at AED 150 per person including tea and AED 240 per person including house beverages.

Shanghai promotion 

Prepare yourselves for a culinary treat of cultural innovation with Hong Loong's Shanghai promotion. The 5-course set menu priced at AED 395 includes a cold platter as a starter, the Dim Sum platter, a combination of soups, the main course and dessert to wrap it up nicely, all with a touch of Shanghai specific features.

MOANA – Seafood

Meaning ocean in Tahitian, Moana lives up to its name by offering the freshest seafood paired with the finest ingredients. The restaurant prides itself on offering only sustainable sea fare.

Crab menu

This April, experience the special a la carte menu at Moana for an exciting selection of crabs. The selection will amaze you with its unique spotlight on crabs from chilled Alaskan king crabs to king crab nachos, crab tian and Thai style crab sweet chilli. 

Priced at AED650 per person for a 5-course menu.

ROMANTIC CABANA DINNERS

Romance is in the air with exclusive and private dinners in the cabanas located by the beach.  Take in the view of the palm while enjoying grilled jumbo shrimp, lamb shank and fish harra.  Romantic cabana dinners are limited to five couples and are priced at AED 550 per person plus beverages.
