Coral Beach Resort–Sharjah Hosts Annual Staff Party

It was celebration time all the way for employees of the Coral Beach Resort-Sharjah has they got together for the Annual Staff Party held at Dhow Cruise Dubai Marina, followed by special recognitions and awards.
The hotel broke a year-long suspense naming winners of “Employee of the Year 2013” award. Velsankar Essaki, an Indian national, won “Back of the House” prize, while Buddhika Perera of Sri Lanka was selected as the “Front of the House” champion.

Occasions such as these offer the best chance to interact and strengthen the team spirit of the organization,” said Jean Pierre Simon, Regional General Manager, Northern Emirates, Coral Hotels & Resorts.
Essaki works for the Accounts Department as a Storekeeper and has been with the hotel for seven years. Buddhika Perera has put in three years of service and works with the Food and Beverage Department as a Waiter.
Loyalty awards were also distributed on the occasion to employees who have been in service with the company for 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years.
The Coral Beach Resort – Sharjah features 156 spacious rooms, many with panoramic sea-view. A major attraction is the wide repertoire of dining options with menus to cater to every taste. The resort is located on one of the emirate’s principal sand beaches and features a range of leisure activities for all ages, including the Rimal Club, state-of-the-art fitness centre, children’s pool, indoor playroom and complimentary Kid’s Club as well as tennis (By Clark Francis Tennis Academy), badminton, volleyball and two outdoor swimming pools.
