Deyaar Commences Construction of ‘The Atria' at Business Bay

Dubai-UAE: 12 March, 2014 – Deyaar Development PJSC, a customer focused, trusted and valued developer with in-depth market intelligence and property management expertise, has stepped up the momentum for its new project, The Atria at Business Bay.
Aiming to meet its 2017 handover-deadline, the developer marked the commencement of construction with a ground-breaking ceremony on 10 March. The event was headlined by Saeed Al Qatami, Chief Executive Officer, Deyaar, and Eng. Iyad Charchar, Vice President of Projects and Engineering, Deyaar, as well as Angus Carlisle, Projects Director and Eng. Homam AlShelh, Director of Construction, at the designated contracting firm, Middle East Foundations Group LLC.
Built to provide the unique experience of living by the bay, ‘The Atria’ is a luxury project that spans across 1.25 million sq ft, and features 350 serviced apartments and 219 residential units, with interiors designed by internationally acclaimed designers, yoo Studio. Located near Citadel Tower and Churchill Residency at Business Bay, the 30-floor development offers excellent views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and is easily accessible from both Sheikh Zayed Road as well as Al Khail Road.
Deyaar is also set to release select residential units in ‘The Atria’ at a sales event scheduled to run from 15-16 March at the H Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Open to all, the sales event will run from 9:00am - 6:00pm on both days.
