Dubai Health Authority to host several visiting doctors in March 2014.

The aim of the on-going program is to provide specialised health services to the people of Dubai
United Arab Emirates, Dubai, February 24, 2013: In line with its policy to continue providing specialised medical care to the population of Dubai, the Dubai Health Authority ( DHA) will host several visiting doctors who are currently practising medicine in countries such as Belgium and Germany.
Abdulrahman Mohammad Al Owghani, Director of the Foreign Relations and Media Department at the DHA said that the doctors will provide consultation to patients in DHA Hospitals and are specialised in fields such as neurology and endocrinology.
Dr Soheyl Noachtar, Consultant Neurologist, University of Munich, Germany will be at Rashid Hospital from 2nd to the 6th of March.
Dr Emad Kandil, Consultant Endocrine Surgeon at the Tulane University, USA will be at Dubai Hospital from the 5th to the 10th of March.
Prof Franz Schaefer, Consultant paediatric nephrologist at Heidelberg Children’s Hospital, Germany will be in Dubai Hospital from the 9th to the 13th of March.
Dr Bruno Dillemans, head of bariatric surgery at Brugge, Belgium will be in Dubai Hospital from the 22nd to the 25th of March 2014 and Dr Sven Schippling, Neurologist at the University Medical Centre in Zurich, Switzerland will be at Rashid Hospital from the 30th of March until the 3rd of April 2014.
