CCL Season 4 a success in Dubai

- Celebrity Cricket League Season 4 matches were held in the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 1 February 2014
- Telugu Warriors won against Mumbai Heroes by 6 wickets and Kerala Strikers won against Veer Marathi by 3 wickets
- Over 50 celebrities attended the event.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 10 February 2014: Celebrity Cricket League Season 4 matches were played in Dubai on 1 February 2014. They were organized by AURA Event Management. Four teams competed against each other; Telugu Warriors v/s Mumbai Heroes followed by Kerala Strikers v/s Veer Marathi. Telugu Warriors won against Mumbai Heroes by 6 wickets and Kerala Strikers won against Veer Marathi by 3 wickets. Saif Ahmed Belhasa and Sara Belhasa along with prominent celebrities such as Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Huma Qureshi, Chitrangada, Shruti Hassan, Tanisha Mukherjee, Sanjay Kapoor and many more cheered the stars playing on the cricket field.
Jessica Aziz, Director of AURA Event Management is glad that the event was an amazing success. "We are very pleased with the success of CCL season 4. During the matches, the audience witnessed over 50 Indian celebrities either playing against each other or cheering their favorite teams. We look forward to hosting the next season of CCL in a bigger and better way," said Jessica Aziz.
The first match between Telugu Warriors and Mumbai Heroes began at 1.30 pm. Telugu Warriors won the toss and decided to field. Mumbai Heroes made a total of 127 runs and 8 wickets in 20 overs, while Telugu Warriors won by 6 wickets, and made 130 runs in 18 overs. Telugu Warriors received 2 points. The man of the match was Raghu from Telugu Warriors.
The second match between Kerala Strikers and Veer Marathi began at 5.30 pm. Veer Marathi won the toss and decided to bat. They made a total of 124 runs and 9 wickets in 20 overs, while Kerala Strikers won by 3 wickets and made 127 runs in 20 overs. Kerala Strikers earned 2 points and their team player Rajiv Pillai received the man of the match award.
