Arabian Center, Lamcy Plaza both strike silver at ICSC Global Awards

The only malls from the UAE to have made the honors list in 2013

Dubai, Nov 27, 2013: Arabian Center and Lamcy Plaza, both leading shopping destinations in Dubai – owned and managed by the Lals' Group – have reaped a rich harvest at the Middle East and North Africa Shopping Centre Awards. The prestigious awards, which are the most recognized achievement for professional excellence in the Global Retail Real Estate Industry, were given away at a glittering ceremony at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi on November 25th, 2013.

MECSC- The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres is the regional trade body representing the Shopping Centre Industry in the Middle East. Affiliated to the New York based International Council of Shopping Centers, MECSC provides its members with unparalleled local and international business contacts and support through its network of international affiliates.

Arabian Center and Lamcy Plaza have each won a Silver Award -- for conducting an impressive line-up of interactive Bollywood events right through the year. Both malls were competing for this prestigious award under the sub-category of Sales Promotion and Events within the category of marketing. In bagging these most-coveted prizes, both malls are the only ones from the UAE that made the honours list this year.
