Speech by HE Sheikh Nahaya Mubarak Al Nahayan at the Ceremony

His Excellency said: "My presence here alongside the graduates in PSUAD is a clear indication of a principle I wish to see further anchored in our young sons and daughters: that the country operates through it institutions within an integrated system. We are all ready, at all times, to serve this country, its objectives and aspirations, with great determination, perseverance and enthusiasm, whatever our position or area of work."

His Excellency added: "We are here today to celebrate those graduates who have completed their studies, in many disciplines in PSUAD. The university is the fruit of the needed scientific cooperation between the UAE and France. A cooperation aiming at providing the best academic and scientific levels and standards in planning and implementation: excellent and sophisticated curricula, a smart and efficient use of IT, a comprehensive and well thought response to the needs of both students and the UAE labor market, as well as a clear understanding of learning objectives reflected in the curricula. The university is also keen on developing analytical, planning and problem solving skills, in addition to a strong commitment manifested by faculty members who have a large experience and many competencies to their record. I saw that today was a good opportunity to shed light on the PSUAD mission, objectives and specificities."
