Health Factory participates in Gold's Gym's Fat to Fit Challenge as its official nutrition partner.

- The Fat to Fit challenge is a weight loss challenge organised by Gold's Gym UAE for all its members for a period of 60 days. The challenge aims at helping participants reduce weight with the help of exercises and training and win the grand prize of AED 50,000.00
All Gold's Gym UAE members are eligible to enter the challenge. Non-members can also join the challenge by becoming Gold's Gym members. The registration starts from November 7, 8 and 9 in all Gold's Gym clubs in the UAE. Registration process will include a BMI analysis, getting a fitness challenge passport and workout kit. The winner will be defined based on the total percentage of body fat lost and percentage of muscle gained over the 60 day challenge.
Health Factory as the nutrition partner will be helping interested members achieve their goals by eating healthy during this period. Everyone who is registered to the Fat to Fit Challenge and signs up to a Health Factory program will be given 15% off on their one month program. Expert nutritionists will also be on site to give free consultation and health tips to participants. Catch the nutritionists at the following locations:
