Gold's Gym UAE returns with its impressive ‘Fat to Fit' challenge

Dubai, UAE: 20 October 2013: Following the resounding success of Gold's Gym UAE's ‘Fat to Fit' challenge last year the fitness champions are all set to  announce the second edition of their ' challenge in UAE this October. The challenge soon to begin in November will continue for a period of 60 days focusing only on fitness, muscle building and weight loss. The winner of the 60 days challenge will be awarded cash prize worth 50,000 Dirhams.

The challenge is open only to Gold's Gym UAE members, both men and women above the age of 18. Non-members can also join the challenge by becoming Gold's Gym members. Gold's Gym UAE's main aim through this fitness challenge is to encourage people to become more fit and create greater health awareness. .

This year's ‘Fat to Fit' challenge includes many criteria, which the candidates have to fulfill to be shortlisted for the grand finale. An exclusive health passport will be the highlight this time, where the applicants receive a stamp each time they qualify different assessments to compete at or reach the next level and emerge successful.

Interested candidates can walk in to any of the eight operating Gold's Gym clubs in UAE on November 7, 8 and 9 to register for the challenge. Each club has help desks to assist members with the registration process.

Gold's Gym UAE offers special Gold's Group Exercises (GGX), Personal Training and Group Training to those who wish to reduce their body fat, build their muscles and burn those unwanted calories.

The challenge will end in January 2014 and winners will be announced over a grand finale that will be held along with the opening of Gold's Gym UAE's tenth club at Ibn Battuta Gate.
