The challenge soon to begin in November will continue for a period of 60 days focusing only on fitness, muscle building and weight loss. The winner of the 60 days challenge will be awarded cash prize worth 50,000 Dirhams. The challenge is open only to Gold's Gym UAE members, both men and women above the age of 18. Non-members can also join the challenge by becoming Gold's Gym members. Gold's Gym UAE's main aim through this fitness challenge is to encourage people to become more fit and create greater health awareness. .
