The Body Shop celebrates 30 years of beauty in the UAE with the launch of the new White Musk Smoky Rose Fragrance Collection

Dubai, UAE, 7th October: The Body Shop, one of the 21st Century's most iconic and pioneering brands, today celebrates 30 years of trading in the UAE. To mark this great achievement, Sultan Al Habtoor, Franchisee partner of The Body Shop in the UAE, hosted anniversary celebrations in The Body Shop flagship store in Mall of The Emirates and marked the occasion with the launch of the White Musk Smoky Rose Fragrance. Sophie Labbé, the ‘nose' behind the groundbreaking new scent, also attended as part of the celebrations.

For 24 hours only on the 8th October, 10am-11pm, and for the delight of consumers across the UAE, this flagship store will be transformed into a White Musk Smoky Rose Wonderland. Customers' senses will be stimulated as they are taken on a journey of The Body Shop new signature fragrance and they will be challenged to ‘dare to wear'. An engraver will be in store to personalise all purchases of the new fragrance and customers will have the chance to win lots of gifts with purchase.

The very first The Body Shop was opened in Brighton, England, in 1976 by its late founder, Dame Anita Roddick. The first store in the UAE subsequently opened in Jumeirah in 1983. Thirty years later, The Body Shop now trades from 39 stores across the UAE.

WHITE MUSK SMOKY ROSE: A Daring Evening Scent #WhiteMusk

This bold new addition to The Body Shop iconic cruelty-free White Musk range, White Musk Smoky Rose is a tantalising and floriental fragrance. This darkly seductive scent opens with an elegant fusion of bergamot, pink pepper and blackcurrant before rising to a floral-musky heart. Here, a beguiling bouquet of bittersweet tobacco flower and a unique black smoky rose accord is tempered by delicate orange flower. This melts into a sophisticated blend of cruelty-free sensual musks, immortelle flower and olibanum to create a daring fragrance like no other.
