Smartworld to participate at Cityscape Global 2013

07 October 2013 - Smartworld, a leading master systems integrator and next generation ICT services provider in the Middle East, is set to participate at this year's edition of Cityscape Global 2013, the Middle East's largest and most influential property event, which will take place from October 8 to October 10, 2013 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). During the three-day event, the company will be throwing the spotlight on the state-of-the-art infrastructure and the next-generation IT and Telecommunications services that they offer at Dubai World Central, the first purpose build aerotropolis. 

The event will allow Smartworld the strategic opportunity to highlight its significant role in the master development of DWC—providing the project with essential services like system integration, managed services and telco services consultancy. To date, the leading systems integrator has already implemented the Special Airport System (SAS) for Al Maktoum International Airport, various telco and network based services across key DWC areas as well as the managed services of the development. Smartworld has also facilitated the implementation of a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON), which has placed DWC into the league of prestigious gigabit capable precincts of the world and provides Next Generation Network (NGN) capabilities to ICT users within the development.

Now on its 12th year, Cityscape Global 2013 has announced the extension of two more additional exhibition halls, covering more than 25,000 square feet of exhibition space for the 200 international and regional exhibitors participating at the event. This year's program of activities includes content-rich conferences, closed-door round tables, interactive discussion forums and empowering networking sessions. One of the highlights of the three-day event is the Cityscape Awards and Cocktail evening, which will take on October 9, 2013 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
