Eton Institute has received a Distinguished Mention at an awards ceremony of the “Top SMEs to Work for in the UAE” for 2013 by Great Place to Work Institute

Dubai, 2nd October 2013 - Great Place to Work® Institute Gulf is part of a global research training and consulting firm that recognizes the best places to work in more than 45 companies worldwide. They are the world's largest workplace evaluation tool surveying 6000 companies and 10 million employees every year.

Eton Institute, the UAE's largest training and professional development centre, has been recognized as one of the “Top SMEs to Work for in the UAE” for 2013 by Great Place to Work Institute. The company received a Distinguished Mention at the awards ceremony held on the 30th of September at the SME 100 headquarters in Dubai. Eton was recognized among the nation's best SMEs based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management practices.

To award the “Top SMEs to Work for in the UAE”, the Great Place to Work® Institutes conducts an evaluation of each participating company. Two-thirds of the company's score is based on the results of the Institute's Trust© survey, which is sent to the employees from each company. The survey asks questions related to their attitudes about the management's credibility, employee engagement and job satisfaction. The other third of the scoring is based on the company's responses to the Institute's Culture Audit, which includes detailed questions about people practices and workplace culture.
