International House Dubai Celebrates the European Day of Languages with the Public and gives away free classes and workshops.

Every year, 26 September is the day we celebrate Europe's rich linguistic heritage – the European Union's (EU) 23 official languages, the 60 regional/minority languages, and the languages spoken by people who have come to Europe from other parts of the world.

For the last twelve years, hundreds of events have been organized in over 45 countries raising public awareness of the languages used in Europe, to promote cultural and linguistic diversity and to encourage people – schoolchildren and adults – to learn languages. Here at IH Dubai we would like to welcome you to celebrate European Day of Languages with us at our institute.

This is a wonderful opportunity if you are interested in learning a language, or aren't sure and want to see what it's all about – it's been our passion for the last 60 years! We would like to invite you to our institute's open day: you can come and meet and chat to our teachers, look around, and discover what we do on a day-to-day basis to promote the learning of languages.
