Dubai, UAE; July 11, 2013: Pure Gold Jewellers has donated USD 50,000 to Indian Prime Minister's National Relief Fund to help victims of recent floods and landslides in Uttarakhand, India.

In a letter to the Indian Prime Minister's Office, Firoz Merchant, Chairman of Pure Gold Jewellers expressed his concern for those who lost their loved and near ones and their life's belongings in the natural calamity. Heavy rainfall which triggered the floods and landslides has left thousands dead and multitudes missing, displaced and stranded.
