With more than 20 years of international experience, Emma Cullen is responsible for the identification and implementation of best practices and the expansion of Capital Club Dubai's many state-of-the-art functions and services. 
 
Her marketing and hospitality qualifications (obtained in Australia and the UK respectively) combined with extensive experience in the hospitality sector has perfectly equipped Emma for her role, which will see her actively improve membership communications, drive sales and add value through excellence in service. In addition, her experience as Client Relationship Director at Better Homes LLC, the leading private real estate agency in the Middle East, has given her in depth regional experience and exceptional insight into the dynamics of Gulf's business sector.

Emma counts building partnerships and maintaining member benefits as two of her key strengths, and with her versatile expertise, she currently serves as an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK Chapter).
