Abu Dhabi, 10 February 2026: Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised distributor of Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra Region, and Al Jazira Club, one of the most successful and prestigious sports clubs in the United Arab Emirates, have announced the renewal of their partnership, reaffirming Al Masaood Automobiles as the Club’s Official Automotive Partner.
Building on a successful collaboration established in 2020, the renewed partnership continues to support community initiatives through fan activations and sports development programmes, strengthening Abu Dhabi’s sporting landscape and supporting its long-term vision for community wellbeing.
Under the renewed agreement, Al Masaood Automobiles Nissan will continue providing Al Jazira FC with mobility solutions and logistical support to assist with team preparations, operations, and event requirements. In return, Al Masaood Automobiles will receive enhanced brand visibility and marketing rights through a comprehensive set of club assets, including Al Masaood logo placement on the football team’s official match shirts, branding on stadium perimeter boards and in-stadium signage, brand presence on stadium LED screens, boards and media backdrops.
In addition to matchday visibility, both parties will collaborate on youth engagement initiatives, fan activations, and local sports development programmes, ensuring the partnership generates meaningful impact beyond the pitch.
Irfan Tansel, Chief Executive Officer at Al Masaood Automobiles, said: “Al Jazira Club has long embodied Abu Dhabi’s sporting identity and community values, which closely align with Al Masaood’s efforts to promote sports in our capital Abu Dhabi. As one of the capital’s most influential clubs, we are happy to renew our partnership, supporting the club’s role in nurturing local talent and uniting fans across generations. Sport is a universal language that brings people together, and football reflects many of the values that Nissan and Al Masaood Automobiles stand for; teamwork, resilience, and a spirit of determination. Through our renewed partnership with Al Jazira Football Club, we aim to engage with young people in meaningful ways, encourage active and healthy lifestyles, and deepen our connection with the community.”
From his side, Mr. Jamal Saeed Al Nuaimi, Group CEO of Al Jazira Club, commented:“We are pleased to continue our journey with Al Masaood Automobiles and Nissan; two names that carry both local legacy and international recognition. This partnership reflects our shared ambition to be leaders not only on the pitch but also within the community. Together, we will continue to build meaningful connections with our fans and customers and celebrate the spirit of Abu Dhabi through sports and football.”
The partnership reinforces Al Masaood’s Sports and Youth CSR pillar, focused on cultivating a competitive, health-conscious generation in the UAE. It also strengthens Al Jazira Club reputation as one of the leading sports and community organisations, nurturing the next generation of Emirati and UAE-based talent through structured football pathways, grassroots engagement, and programmes that promote active, healthy lifestyles, in line with Abu Dhabi’s ambition to become a global hub for sporting excellence.
