Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 16, 2025: His Excellency Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, affirmed that Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a global destination for world-class healthcare. His Excellency made these remarks during the recent inauguration of the Fakeeh Medicentre – Zabeel branch at The Dubai Mall, part of Fakeeh Healthcare Group. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Dr Mazen Fakeeh, President of Fakeeh Care Group; Dr. Mohaymen Abdelghany, Vice President - Fakeeh Care, UAE Chief Executive Officer, Fakeeh University Hospital, Dubai; Dr Younis Kazim, Acting CEO of the Health Regulation Sector at the Dubai Health Authority; and Dr Ramadan Al Blooshi, Advisor to the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority and Acting Director of the Public Health Protection Department, and several doctors and senior healthcare executives from the group were also present.
During his tour of the various departments within the new clinic, Al Ketbi received a detailed briefing from its management on the range of services it provides from a strategic location. It is staffed by a distinguished team of consultant doctors, physiotherapists, and nurses, supported by a specialised team to ensure comprehensive care for families.
