Ministry of Health and Prevention Invites the Public to Use Online Services to Attest Sick Leaves, Approve Medical Reports

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has called on the public to benefit from its online services to attest sick leaves, approve medical reports and obtain approval from medical committees.
The Ministry said customers can submit an application to attest sick leaves and approve medical reports through its website or at customer service centers, given that some leaves require certain approval from concerned medical committees.
Improving Health System Quality
“The ministry will make every possible effort to keep pace with the latest solutions and adopt the best online and smart technologies in government services in accordance with the best practices and international standards adopted in this field, HE Dr. Hussein Abdul Rahman Al Rand, Assistant Undersecretary for the Public Health Sector, said.
Al Rand stressed that the ministry is committed to providing smart and easily accessible services in line with its strategy to improve the quality of the health system, innovate smart solutions while adhering to the highest levels of quality. “This comes in line with the directives of our wise leadership to promote the happiness and satisfaction of customers, reduce the time for completion of transactions, and keep abreast of the rapid development of smart services in the UAE,” he added.
