Dubai Government Workshop appoints happiness ambassadors to enhance workplace productivity and collaboration

UAE, Dubai – January 26, 2022- The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) has announced its happiness ambassadors to increase positivity and productivity in the workplace and encourage innovation. The happiness ambassadors will play a significant role in promoting collaboration and trust between work colleagues and enhancing departmental collaborations, including w the management and human resources department.
The move is part of the directives of His Excellency Fahad Ahmed AlRaeesi, CEO of Dubai Government Workshop, to provide a healthy and positive internal work environment to enhance employees’ performance. Further, it is in line with the objectives of the ‘National Program for Happiness & Wellbeing’, which encourages innovative ideas aimed at cultivating a happy and positive work environment.
H.E AlRaeesi said: “We are committed to making happiness an integral part of the workplace in line with the wise directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to meet employees’ satisfaction, establishing world-class standards, and consider it a strategic priority in the country.”
