Al Masaood Automobiles extends support to 3rd Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Run to promote sports in the UAE

Nissan, Al Masaood Automobiles named as official sponsor
Abu Dhabi, January 21, 2022 - In line with sustained efforts to promote sports in the UAE as a social and national responsibility, Nissan, Al Masaood Automobiles has been named by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council as the official sponsor of the 3rd Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Run organised by Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy.
Taking place at Al Ain Zoo on January 23, 2022, Sunday, the unique ladies-only run will feature a 3km, 5km, and 10km lap through the winding paths of the World Desert area and on to the African habitat. All runs will start and finish at the 321 Sports Complex in Al Ain.
H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and Chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, is a major supporter of women’s rights, and created the Fatima Bint Mubarak Academy (FBMA) to encourage Emirati women of all ages, backgrounds, and physical conditions to lead a more active and healthier lifestyle. FMBA is dedicated to promoting women’s sports in the UAE and facilitating a safe and culturally adequate environment where women can train and play sports comfortably.
The collaboration reflects Al Masaood Automobiles’ initiatives to advance Abu Dhabi’s sporting industry to promote health in communities and help enhance the lives of citizens and residents, including women and youth.
