13, January 2022: Starting 18 December, Arabian Automobiles (AAC), the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan and INFINITI in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, expanded its portfolio of services to its customers by offering an industry-leading free pick-up and drop-off service to all Nissan and INFINITI customers booking their periodic maintenance servicing.
This customer-centric initiative aligns with AAC’s promise of continuous innovation in service of its customers, offering them the utmost in benefits to always deliver a premier experience.
Michel Ayat, CEO of AWR Automotive said: “In today’s rapidly changing world that has embraced remote lifestyles, servicing your car is still an important need. AAC continuously seeks to enhance the experience by offering services that cater to our customer’s comforts and conveniences through innovative touch points at every step of their journey. With just a phone call or few clicks, every current and future Nissan and INFINITI owner can schedule a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service so that routine maintenance by our team of experts continues while they continue with their day uninterrupted.”
The free pick-up and drop-off service is one of many customer-centric services AAC has started offering. The recent partnership with Spotii — a leading GCC-based BNPL provider — to offer the region’s first ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ initiative for customers servicing their vehicles brings another level of convenience while transacting with AAC. This will offer customers the ability to enjoy servicing from authorized service centers and seamlessly spread the cost of the service into four interest-free instalments.
