Summary of Weekly Real Estate Transactions for the Week Ending 16 December 2021.

Dubai, UAE -  December 16, 2021:  The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 7.13 billion in total during the week ending 16 December 2021. The sum of transactions was 1,974.

 225 plots were sold for AED 1.05 billion, 1,337 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.95 billion.
 The top three transactions were a land in Saih Shuaib 2 sold for AED 46.08 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 35.5 million in Al Barsha First, and a land sold for AED 46.08 million in Saih Shuaib 2 in third place.

Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 96 sales transactions worth AED 286.29 million, followed by Al Merkadh with 18 sales transactions worth AED 157.36 million, and Wadi Al Safa 5 with 15 sales transactions worth AED 66 million in third place.

 The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 559 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 298 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 205 million in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 2.92 billion, with the highest being a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for AED 420 million.
80 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 202 million.
