My Take About LG'S PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier

Since the onset of the pandemic, wearing masks has become somewhat of a norm. As we all know, wearing masks for long periods can get uncomfortable. LG, a brand renowned for its research-centered technology, recently launched their Wearable Air Purifier, yes, you heard me right! it is a portable air purifier built into a mask.
 
It comes in an ecofriendly and fully recyclable box.
It contains.

• The main Unit(Mask)
• Face guard
• PuriCare Filters
• Inner Cover
• Charging Cable
• Strap Extender
• Portable Pouch
• Plastic Pack and
• Owner's Manual/Warranty Card

 
Another impressive aspect is that I no longer needed to speak louder whilst wearing this mask as LG's Wearable Air Purifier has a built-in VoiceOn microphone which enables you to have a normal conversation without having to remove the mask!

The device took approximately 2 hours to charge the battery and it must fully charged before the first use. The battery lasts for around 8 hours.

 HEPA filters are to be placed in by flipping the side panels followed by the inner cover and silicone face guard. Switch on the device by pressing and holding the button for 2 seconds.
It starts and stops with the sound of a beep.
 
The device looks heavy but once you adjust the ear strap and wear, it feels like second skin.
 
The fan, in the machine, synchronizes with your breathing pattern hence making the suffocation feeling that one gets while wearing a mask go away.
 
HEPA filters needs to be replaced after 2 months.
30 inner covers will last for a month cause due to humidity the foul smell starts by the end of the day.
 
LG's Wearable Air Purifier comes in 2 colors, creamy white and ocean black. The outer body can by wiped with a damp cloth, in order to be cleaned.

I found my experience, wearing the mask, very comfortable. Price wise, it’s definitely an investment but one I would make over and over again!
