The all-in-one HONOR Band 5 delivers fitness intelligence and user convenience with advanced and customizable features
United Arab Emirates, Dubai, June 15, 2020: The HONOR Band 5 has been leading the health and fitness wearables for its category for more than a year, winning over consumers with its wide range of fitness intelligence, it easily surpasses the competition with its unmatched advanced features. Boasting a 0.95” AMOLED Full-Colour touchscreen, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, multiple sports and fitness modes, and eight customized watch faces, the HONOR Band 5 is the ultimate entry level smart band. With its advanced and handy features, the all-in-one fitness band is a steal at AED 110.
Your all-day fitness and wellness companion
The HONOR Band 5 inherits the high-level fitness and health monitoring that are characteristic in HONOR wearables, by incorporating a six-axis motion sensor that generates high-precision readings, and from extensive collaboration on heart rate and sleep tracking with renowned medical schools and hospitals.
Powered by the latest HUAWEI TruSeen™ 3.0 heart rate technology, HONOR Band 5 provides more accurate, 24-hour real-time continuous heart rate monitoring to help users keep track of their health and fitness. HONOR Band 5 also features TruSleep™ technology, which automatically records light, deep, and REM sleep and monitors users’ sleep quality. The sleep score calculated by the system is not a simple one-dimensional metric — it also provides personalized advice, drawing from the full range of data collected, rather than a one-size-fits-all formula from a specific score.
SpO2 Monitor For Everyone
The HONOR Band 5 is the only entry-level fitness tracker that is equipped with SpO2, which tracks and measures oxygen saturation levels in the user’s blood. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) is an important health indicator that can provide the user with information about the state of their respiratory system. For instance, a reading below 90% means that you likely have a low blood oxygen saturation, also known as hypoxemia, which can cause fatigue and anxiety, and lead to long-term health consequences.
A Personal Trainer On Your Wrist
The HONOR Band 5 supports a variety of outdoor and indoor activities, including outdoor running, indoor treadmill, outdoor riding, indoor cycling, free training, walking, swimming, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, and indoor walking. An advanced running planner for high-level fitness tracking and personalized recommendations, it comprehensively tracks and displays data such as heart rate, workout time, distance, stride frequency, speed, calories, and aerobic as well as anaerobic results to determine a more in-depth workout plan.
The HONOR Band 5 is water-resistant to depths of up to 50 meters and records the numbers of strokes, speed, distance, intervals, calories, and average SWOLF for a range of swimming styles, helping users track and improve their swimming technique.
The screen comes encased in 2.5D glass, creating a gracefully curved surface. When paired with a smartphone, the HONOR Band 5 alerts users to incoming calls and messages, emails, and notifications from social networks. Supporting up to 45 characters at a time, it allows the user to view important messages at a glance. A remote-control function allows users to capture photos from both the rear and front cameras of the phone in a single click. When Bluetooth is activated, users can locate the paired phone via the “Find Phone” function.
The HONOR Band 5 has up to 14 days of battery life. However, please note that this is dependent on individual usage patterns.
The HONOR Band 5 is available for purchase in three popular colours: Navy Blue, Dahlia Pink, and Meteorite Black.
