Dalma Mall Launched “We Care”, A Public Awareness Campaign; Accentuates on Customer Well-being

Abu Dhabi; March 16, 2020: In pursuance of customer happiness, community safety, and overall visitor hygiene, Dalma Mall, the favorite mall of Abu Dhabi announced their public awareness campaign “WE CARE”. The mall has taken important safety measures by installing thermal scanners, multiple hand sanitizing units and intensified cleaning process across the mall.
Dalma Mall - which has over 450 stores has taken numerous measures, also following the guidelines of the local authorities. With the new campaign, the mall advises its visitors to stay clean to stay safe from any form of communicable diseases.
Bhupinder Singh, General Manager and CFO, Dalma Mall said, “Safeguarding the interest of all and to tackle the current scenario we have installed thermal scanners while working closely with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. The frequency of cleaning has been beefed up and special briefing given to the staff to intensify cleaning procedures with use of additional layer of antibacterial disinfectants. We have also deployed over 150 hand sanitizing units across the mall at key areas focusing all the potential contact surfaces like lifts, handrails, Mall entrances, Office door handles, trolley bays drop-off/pickup points, etc. As a precautionary measure, we have increased the temperature inside the mall. We have also intensified the frequency of changing air filters. All the stores and employees have been advised on hygiene, health and safety measures like avoiding handshakes and contact etc.”
Dalma Mall value and care for its visitor’s good health and safety at all times! Spreading awareness and safeguarding the interest of all in community, it is recommended to avoid close contact with symptomatic people who have fever, cough or shortness of breath (flu like symptoms).
