The Gucci Runway Makeup Looks for Cruise 2020

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - 10 June 2019:   Backstage at the show held at Rome’s Capitoline Museums on May 28th, Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s Cruise 2020 runway collection’s beauty looks were created using the new Gucci lipsticks line.

The standout faces by Gucci Global Makeup Artist Thomas de Kluyver included:

LOOK 1: In an aesthetic that celebrates individuality, Rouge à Lèvres Voile shade number 25* ‘Goldie Red’ is applied imperfectly on the lips of a face from the Gucci Cruise fashion show.

LOOK2: Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 505 ‘Janet Rust’ with red glitter on top accentuates the lips on an otherwise natural face.

LOOK3: Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 700 ‘Crystal Black’ is used as eyeliner on one eye.

LOOK4: Eyes are underlined in red while lips feature a touch of Baume à Lèvres shade 2 ‘No More Orchids’.

LOOK5:“AMORE” tattoo mask touched up with Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 700 ‘Crystal Black’.

LOOK6: Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 302 ‘Agatha Orange’ is blended with with Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 505 ‘Janet Rust’ to accentuate the lips on a natural, pale face.

LOOK7: Eyes are highlighted by green contact lenses and lips are softened with Baume à Lèvres shade 1 ‘Joslyn Clair’.

LOOK8:Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 505 ‘Janet Rust’ is combined with red glitter to illuminate the lips.

LOOK9:Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 700 ‘Crystal Black’ as eyeliner and Rouge à Lèvres Satin shade number 104 ‘Penny Beige’ on the lips.
