‘A Playful & Sophisticated Range Co-created With Middle-eastern Women and Influencers’
Dubai, UAE, April 17, 2019: If your scent could speak, what would it say? Never afraid to make a bold statement, The Body Shop are celebrating freedom of expression with an innovative new fragrance range. Working creatively with influential women from across the region including Wafa Ahmed, Amal Sultan, Bayan Al Sindi and Lina Al Serhan, the brand has created the Scents of Life collection. Fragrance lovers can design their own bespoke fragrances with a mix and match collection of Fragrances, Essences and Spritzes – 15 cruelty-free, vegan scents for women and men. This is a changing time in the region. Women are finding their voice, and The Body Shop are right there with them. Expanding on their existing fragrance expertise, the brand has partnered with Middle Eastern influencers to co-create a playful take on the time-honoured tradition of mixing scents, supporting female empowerment, self-expression and progress.
I was only 13 years old when I got addicted to The Body Shop! Twenty-one years later, I’m so proud to be a part of the Scents of Life campaign. It’s a privilege. When you are asked by a global brand to be involved in the development of such an innovative fragrance range, it makes you feel like your voice matters. The final collection is something new and exciting, and now women and men everywhere can choose and create a fragrance from The Body Shop that is unique to them.”
