Al Ghurair Centre Joins Dubai Fitness Challenge With Free Group Exercises

Dubai, 25 October 2018:  The second season of Dubai Fitness Challenge is back and Al Ghurair Centre invites residents of Dubai to kick-start their exercise regimen. 

In collaboration with Gold’s Gym Dubai, Al Ghurair Centre has unveiled numerous free fitness programs that will be lined-up every week from October 26 till November 24. All the programs are carefully designed to involve people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels to exercise every day.

Located within the ground floor of the mall, all participating guests can register on the spot with the team stationed at the fitness zone.

Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy complimentary fitness classes throughout the week and also avail free BMI and body fat-muscle ratio tests for free.
