Ibn Battuta Mall partners with Fitness First to promote an active lifestyle for Dubai Fitness Challenge

Fun workouts and prizes from 26 October to 24 November
Dubai, 24 October 2018: Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai is partnering with Fitness First to host a range of activities including body mass index measurements, group exercises, workout competitions, morning walks and more, in support of the Dubai Fitness Challenge that is running from 26 October to 24 November.
In line with the mission of the Challenge to encourage UAE residents to get active for 30 minutes every day, Ibn Battuta Mall is hosting fitness activities at China Court led by experts from Fitness First.
Body mass index checkups: from 26 October to 24 November
Specialists from Fitness First provide free in-body composition analysis to visitors at a dedicated kiosk from 10am to 10pm.
Fitness competitions: from 26 October to 24 November
Visitors can participate in daily fitness competitions that see them perform planks, push-ups, burpees, handstand, squats and more to win prizes from 5pm to 8pm.
Group exercise classes: from 1 to 3 November and from 22 to 24 November
Guests are encouraged to participate in group exercises that feature body combat training, body attack routines, Zumba sessions and more, from 2.30pm pm to 7.30pm
Morning walks: Every Saturday from 26 October to 24 November
Morning walks feature participants walking and jogging across Ibn Battuta Mall, while participating in mini challenges like squats, jumping jacks, lunges and pushups at different courts to win branded goodies. The walks begin from China Court at 8am every Saturday.
