Celebrate Indian Independence Day with your loved ones at Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort
Dubai, UAE, August 06, 2018: Nestled between the towering Hajar Mountains and the infinite Indian Ocean, and just 90 minutes away from Dubai’s busy city life, Le Méridien Al Aqah's beach-front ambiance, host of activities and family friendly hospitality makes it the region’s most loved getaway on the East Coast.
Renowned for setting the benchmark for hospitality, Fujairah’s most loved beach-resort has planned something truly unique on the eve of Indian Independence Day, 15th August, 2018 from 7pm to 11pm. Drawing inspiration from India’s diverse street-food and regional specialties, Chef Sharafat has curated an indulgent treat at Swaad restaurant, priced at just AED 99 per person. Kick off the evening at the Chaat station featuring all-time-favourites, including Pani Poori, Samosa Chaat, Dahi Bhalla with a selection of palate-tingling chutneys or piping hot Pakodas, Aloo Samosas and Bhajji, straight from the fryer, served with flavourful chutneys. Lending a classic touch to the celebration, guests can relish flavoursome Chicken and Paneer Tikka, Dal Makhani, Mutton Rogan Josh, among others.
No celebration is complete without a dessert and Swaad offers a generous variety of traditional Indian treats ranging from Vermicelli Semiya Payasam to Motichoor Laddo, Rose Kulfi and Gulab Jamun to conclude your evening on a sweet note.
With coolers like Tamarind twist, Neer more, Innocent Paan Martini and the Royal Indian Punch, at an additional cost of just AED 19, head to Swaad and celebrate the spirit of patriotism at Swaad with family and friends amid traditional Indian delicacies and palate tingling street food that brings back memories of home.
