DUBAI, UAE, 11th March, 2018: cloudworks, an agile and innovative cloud consulting company and the largest Salesforce Gold Partner based in UAE, has surpassed expectations by achieving a 188% revenue growth last year and is investing in enhancing its regional presence and gearing up to be the largest Salesforce Platinum Partner in 2018.
Souphien Akhrif, Managing Director, Cloudworks says, “Salesforce has evolved from being merely a customer relationship management centred company, to becoming the ‘backbone’ that supports a lot of businesses, with features for critical business processes like lead management, sales data, and marketing automation, to name a few. The problem however, is in realizing the full potential of Salesforce. When organizations try implementing the platform on their own, its not just a time consuming and difficult task, but also counter productive.”
“This is why in 2015, we started cloudworks, and since then we’ve been assembling a team of certified and highly skilled Salesforce experts with years of experience working on successful Salesforce projects with businesses in different industries across UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia. With our design and customization, implementation and training capabilities, we enable customers to use Salesforce optimally, saving a huge amount of time and effort, and giving them the freedom to focus on their business priorities and generate more revenue.”
cloudworks is currently investing in increasing its staff count and has just moved to a new, larger office premise in Dubai. With a representative office in Saudi Arabia, cloudworks plans to expand its team and establish a larger footprint in the Kingdom in view of the country’s drive towards digital transformation and maturity of the market in terms of acceptance of cloud computing. The company is already working with a few customers in Saudi like the Al Faisaliah Group and Abdul Latif Jameel and is making concerted efforts to position itself as a trusted partner to companies in Saudi.
The company has over 50 customers across the GCC and has completed over 95 successful Salesforce projects. Giving testament to the high level of technical competency of the company, Mr. Aamir Suleman, ERP manager at Dubai Investments says, “cloudworks team is really good and they have experienced resources who understand the business and know how to convert requirements into a solution. Secondly, their support is excellent and we have recently kicked off our phase two with cloudworks to customize Salesforce for our real estate division. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone looking for a Salesforce partner.”
Salesforce today has found favour with large enterprises as well as SMB companies that are looking to have enterprise grade solutions without the high cost of on-premise solutions or paying very high fees. With Salesforce, businesses can deliver personalised customer experiences built around their genuine preferences. A few of their solution offerings include Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
“Sales Cloud is the only tool you will need to make your business grow. With features such as contact management and opportunity management, you can connect with customers and key persons to help secure and close deals while increasing your upsell opportunities to take your sales further,” says Souphien. Service Cloud can power up the customer support system with mighty features such as automating service processes to speed up case resolution, improving onsite support operations, providing support services to customers via voice calls, chats, emails and even SMS. It can also respond to customer queries and posts on different social media channels!
“Whether a company is looking to implement a new Salesforce product, re-engineer the current organization, design its marketing automation processes or conduct change management, it can be assured that cloudworks will provide the best expertise in the market,” concludes Souphien.
