du Announces ‘My Account Use to Win Campaign’ worth AED 3,000
Dubai, UAE, 23 November 2017: There has never been a better reason to pay your du bill on time and using ‘My Account’ on du.ae and the du App than now! du customers can now win big and be rewarded when using their du ‘My Account’ to pay bills, recharge, set up auto payments, renew their Emirates ID, manage their services or simply register, all through the ‘My Account Use to Win Competition’. Running until 31st December, customers can perform a transaction at their own convenience and win AED 3,000 worth of gift vouchers.

Demand for du’s My Account digital services has grown rapidly after the firm made it even easier to perform essential transactions with the swipe of a screen, or click of a mouse. In addition to My Account’s ‘no log in required’ Quick Pay and Quick Recharge services, customers can set up auto-payments and auto-recharges for an even easier way to stay connected.
My Account now offers added transparency, allowing customers to manage spending by setting data usage limits and viewing bill history, as well as showing live data, SMS and call usage. Over the past year, over 50 new functionalities have been added to My Account, saving thousands from queuing in stores and call centres every day.
