Danube Signs Sarfaraz Ahmed as Brand Ambassador for Pakistan

26th September, 2017; Dubai, UAE: Danube group is proud to announce an exciting new addition to its portfolio of brand ambassadors. The current Captain of the Pakistan Cricket team, Sarfraz Ahmed, is joining the Danube’s family as the brand ambassador for the Pakistan market. Mr. Ahmed has been on the periphery of the Pakistan squad for quite some time and his never-say-die attitude has won him many admirers around the world. 

The role-model for the young cricketers, Sarfraz came into prominence when he led the side to victory at the Under-19 World Cup in 2006. A year later, he made his ODI debut at Jaipur against India. In- fact, under his captaincy, he has won 7 out of 9 ODI’s and won 7 out of 8 T20I’s. Another feather was added to his cap with a spectacular win in the recent ICC Champions Trophy and T20 of Pakistan v World XI.  Additionally, he guided his franchise team Quetta Gladiators twice to the finals in Pakistan Super League (PSL).
